2. Information about the Motel and Caravan Park
Pets walking around the tourist park.

We know your pets are well behaved, and do try to contain their excitement whilst on holidays with you, so please help your pets out by following some of our simple rules.

Please keep them on leashes at all times in the park (not everyone you meet is a pet lover, and sometimes other pets may not be as socially outgoing as yours) this way everyone is happy.

Please do not take them for a swim in the billabong, as this means they are off lead, and the fish don’t like it.

Please do not take them into the swimming pool area, if your pets are not happy on the outside of the pool fence watching you, then you may need to get yourselves a paddling pool for your travels.

You are more than welcome to bring your pets up to the outside restaurant area, just dont bring them into the undercover area. And yes not everyone likes your pet drooling at them at their table whilst they are trying to eat their meals, so please keep on short lead near you when dinning.

IF YOU HAVE BOOKED ONE OF OUR PET FRIENDLY ROOMS. Please help our housekeepers out and keep them off the bed, this way you will avoid the extra cleaning charge. Please do not feed your pet inside the rooms, and if they have had an accident in the night whilst you were sleeping, please DO NOT use our towels, bathmats etc to clean it up and leave for housekeepers to find.

General rules of the Motel and Caravan Park

Please read the pool signs at the pool. This way you will not be embaressed when asked why there is glass inside the pool area.

If you take chairs from outside of your rooms to sit in the lovely green spaces at the park, please ensure you take them back to your rooms when finished, this way we do not find random chairs all over the park.

If you are not feeling well when travelling, please be mindful of those around you, so that means swimming pool, camp kitchen and restaurant areas, which are all public spaces.

IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION OR YOU NEED SOMETHING.

Feel free to ask any of our friendly housekeeping staff, maintenance staff, bar staff or reception staff and they will do there best to see to your specific need or question. If they are unable to answer your question or get you what you need they will refer your request to management.

SERVICING OF ROOMS.

Our motel rooms are not serviced on a daily basis, as most travellers are here for between 1 to 3 days. If staying for 7 nights you will receive a midstay service.

If you need any extra tea/coffee, milk etc please ask housekeeping that are on shift at rooms until at least 12 noon. We do recommend placing your towels outside your room to allow them to dry quickly for you (as the temperature is quite constant) Please do not use the room towels to go swimming at the thermal pools, as this damages our towels and will incure costs to you for the damage.
