Our friendly staff would like to welcome you to The Territory Manor Motel & Caravan Park. We endeavour to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable while staying at The Territory Manor.
Our park comprises of 26 uniquely constructed Australian rammed earth motel rooms. 42 powered caravan sites, and unlimited non-powered camping sites. The Territory Manor has an inviting sparkling blue swimming pool for you to relax and enjoy your stay, as well as a large undercover camp kitchen.
We have an abundance of wildlife at the park, from our wild peacocks, rock wallabies and native birds.
We are centrally located to both the Mataranka Hot Springs, and the Bitter Springs Thermal waters.

We recently purchased The Territory Manor in December 2019. Our park comprises of 26 uniquely Australian rammed earth motel rooms. 16 ensuite powered caravan sites, 34 powered caravan sites, and a large area of non-powered camping sites. The Territory Manor has an inviting sparkling blue swimming pool for you to relax and enjoy your stay, as well as a large undercover camp kitchen.
Our park has an abundance of wildlife at the park, from our resident peacocks, rock wallabies and birds.
We are centrally located to both the Mataranka Hot Springs, and the Bitter Springs Thermal waters. Our family looks forward to meeting you and making your time with us enjoyable and relaxing.

Coming to the Territory Manor is first and foremost a wild experience in the heart of nature, and to be able to enjoy the fauna and flora that it has to offer in peace. Our logo is a significant reminder of what we have to offer you during your stay here. You can find the recalling elements, from top to bottom: the barramundi that swims in our local waters, the waves representing the beautiful thermal pools in Mataranka, the fir tree representing the forest around the place, the tents recalling the spirit of camping, and also the initials T and M a little more hidden for Territory Manor. Not to mention the colors chosen, which also have a specific meaning :
